SPORTS & MENTAL HEALTH SERIES
Move. Connect. Build skills for life.
Sports can teach more than technique. They can help us understand pressure, manage stress, recover from setbacks, and support the people around us. This three-part community wellness series uses movement and guided conversation to make mental health skills practical, approachable, and relevant.
ABOUT THE SERIES
Lions Legacy Community Development is bringing youth, families, coaches, and community members together for three active summer sessions in Caldwell County. Each event combines accessible sports activities with age-appropriate conversations about confidence, stress, resilience, discipline, and mental health.
No special athletic experience is required. Come ready to move at your own pace, learn useful tools, and connect with your community.
WHAT TO EXPECT
